Reschedules / Refunds / Cancellations

We have a 24-hour reschedule, refund, or cancellation policy.

- If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your swim, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule your session.
- If you fail to attend your session, you will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling or canceling a session on the same day is not permitted.

Session, Voucher, and Bundle Policy

- Sessions, vouchers, or bundles expire based on the following schedule:
  - 5-session bundles: Expire 3 months from the purchase date.
  - 10-session bundles: Expire 6 months from the purchase date.
- Unused sessions, vouchers, or bundles cannot be carried over beyond their expiration dates.

How to Reschedule, Refund, or Cancel

- All requests for rescheduling, refunds, or cancellations must be made via email.

- Emails are answered year-round, Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 4 PM.
